Spring Retreat - renew your Self

Spring is a time of growth and renewal.

This retreat is about going forward with more love and peace in our lives, by connecting with our inner wisdom and true nature - which is of love and peace.

This is so important for our whole being - body, mind and spirit - in our changing world.

This retreat offers times of relaxation, creativity and the peace of meditation. You can learn Pure Meditative Peace, as part of the retreat and have a healing (both optional).
The retreat includes comfortable accommodation and healthy vegetarian meals.

There will also be times on the retreat of silence and relaxation, walks, rest and reflection as well as movement sessions and meditative relaxation sessions.

The retreat begins on Wednesday late afternoon until Friday morning.
