After 30 years at the Ponsonby Cruising Club the beloved Tuxedo Swing has ended their journey. But with every end there are new beginnings and on the 12th July Swing Junction emerges!
Combining the talents of Tuxedo Swing's two leading lights, Kate McLaren (Vocals) and Brendon Packard (Vocals/Trumpet) team up to deliver the very finest swing dance hits they know you'll love!

Think of the great duos of Ella/Louis , Fred Astaire/Ginger Rogers, Sinatra/Dean Martin… they all paved the way for many more great partnerships and Swing Junction might just be added to that formidable list.
From the beginnings of swing music in the 1920s to current songs with a twist Kate and Brendon, along with their professionally crafted backing tracks, are sure to take you on a toe-tapping journey!

Sit back and watch from the elevated position over the water and colourfully lit harbour bridge or join in swing dancing with this vibrant crowd.
