Tai Chi Beginners

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This Tai Chi course suitable for total and relative beginners, runs over eight Wednesday evenings PM starting on the following dates in 2020:
12 February,
6 May
29 July
14 October

We also have places available on Saturday courses 2 - 3:30 PM starting 15 February or 9 May.

Tai Chi is meditation in motion: learn a series of slow, continuous movements that promote physical and mental well being, and improve coordination and balance.
