Tai Chi is a traditional type of Chinese martial art. It is a philosophical concept, the essence of which is balance. It is a combination of exercise, awareness, Qi and strength.
Through slow movement and deep breathing, it not only improves strength and enhances balance, it improves flexibility, fitness, immunity and relaxation of mind and body. It also cultivates inner balance and self-healing for chronic illness. Tai Chi is suitable for people of any age.
It is a good physical treatment for less-healthy people. For healthy people, it will help avoid health problem in the future.
