The Tantric Hatha free taster event happens twice: on 27 June and 19 July 2020 at beautiful Kawai Purapura Retreat Centre in Albany, Auckland.

The traditional hatha practices of asana, pranayama and meditation are a proven system. Tantric practices are a set of precise tweaks that bring forth complete illumination of the self. Together they are tantric hatha. This system deals primarily in energetics and yet the beauty of this practice lies in its practicality.
