Jo Seagar and Harbour Hospice are cooking up a sensory treat at the stunning McHughs of Cheltenham this November.
The Taste of Italy Long Lunch hosted by Jo Seagar and sponsored by our wonderful friends at Tohu Wines will take guests on a tour of Italy with their taste buds while enjoying spectacular views of Rangitoto and the Waitemata Harbour. Featuring a buffet of delicious dishes inspired by Jo’s Italia cook book, the lunch will appeal to anyone who appreciates classic Italian fare.
For more than 15 years, Jo has been taking people to some of the most delectable places in the world and has made friendships extending well beyond the journey. Guests will be entertained with anecdotes from Jo's Italian tours – for which she has become well known – and gain an amusing insight into what it's like to take an international taste-tour with this Kiwi cooking icon.
Jo says Hospice is an organisation close to her heart and she is honoured to contribute to the lives of people whose journeys are coming to an end.
Tickets include bubbles on arrival, buffet lunch, dessert platters, tea and coffee. There will also be raffles and both silent and live auctions. All funds raised will support Harbour Hospice services in the North Shore community.
