Tea Time Talkies: La Dolce Vita - 60th Anniversary

On Sunday 15th March, gather your chums and join us for Tea Time Talkies at The Roxy!

In celebration of its 60th Anniversary, we're bringing you a classic screening of La Dolce Vita (1960) including a 30 min film intermission where a delicious Devonshire Tea* awaits (a delicious cup of tea and traditional homemade scone with cream and jam) - an ideal setting for those chill-out, indulgent Sunday afternoons!

Haven't seen La Dolce Vita? In Federico Fellini's lauded Italian film, restless reporter Marcello Rubini drifts through life in Rome. While Marcello contends with the overdose taken by his girlfriend, Emma, he also pursues heiress Maddalena and movie star Sylvia, embracing a carefree approach to living. Despite his hedonistic attitude, Marcello does have moments of quiet reflection, resulting in an intriguing cinematic character study.
