A punk poetic satire.

Kate isn't your average dating show contestant. When calls went out for the first female star of TVNZ's The Bachelor, Kate decided to challenge the patriarchal concept and applied with all her feminist fury. Welcome, witness, be wooed with words of wit and wisdom from Wellington's wildest woman.

Expect large amounts of audience participation, all new poetry, stand-up comedy, and other as yet to be decided awesomeness.

Kate's previous show – Squirt – won a tour ready award at the 2019 NZ Fringe.

The Bitchelorette has merch for sale! Bring cash to buy her books, pins, and other beautiful tits and pieces.

Kate Spencer (Creatif Kate) is producer of Naked Girls Reading NZ and The Wellington Feminist Poetry Club, as well as being a co-producer and MC of Poetry in Motion Wellington. She's an NZ national slam finalist; a typewriter poet for hire; a fully fledged, committed Christian (training to be a Lay Preacher); a dichotomy. She has done many things with her life and will do many more. She's the queer queen of quim – join her for a night of naughtiness (no nudity – unless you ask nicely)!
