In this 10-day course we will explore the essence of Buddhism. From within the presentation of the two truths, conventional reality and ultimate reality, the Four Noble Truths are explained. This first teaching of the Buddha gives a good foundation for understanding the mind and its disturbing emotions.

Seeing our present situation from the perspective of endless rebirths, we’ll look into the workings of karma to get clarity around why things happen to us. You will receive instructions on how to apply different methods that can help you to lessen your disturbing emotions, such as anger, attachment, and jealousy, and increase your wisdom and compassion, so that you can experience more peace and happiness in your daily life.
