The Long $2 Book Fair (this year over 23 days) features more than 250 boxes of secondhand books, both fiction and non-fiction. Most books are $2 however we do have a purple table which is more expensive. We also feature large print, westerns, romance and science fiction. DVDs are $2 and CDs are $1.
Children’s fiction and non-fiction are 2 for $1.
Our holiday special is 10 small paperbacks (usually $1 each) now 10 for $5.
This time we have a large collection of 1100 cricket books for sale, with prices starting at $5.
More stock is being added daily so you may wish to visit several times over our 23 day book fair (Friday 18th December to Sunday 10th January).
The Tirau War Memorial Hall is located on the main road through Tirau (SH1) in the middle of the town, just before the road rises as you head south.
We also have a range of wind wands, bird boxes, concrete plaques and succulents for your garden.
