Welcome to the New Zealand Rainbow Excellence Awards: celebrating workplace leadership, innovation, best practice and collaboration.
Our annual Excellence Awards brings together organisations striving to improve diversity and inclusion for all LGBT+ people and celebrates the progress and achievements of organisations as we build a more inclusive community of workplaces across Aotearoa New Zealand.
The Awards includes lunch and a reasonable amount of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Both Rainbow Tick and Non-Rainbow Tick organisations are welcome to attend.
The Awards Lunch follows the Development Forum (separately ticketed event) which is focused on sharing best practice related to Rainbow inclusion across New Zealand organisations.
