Featuring signature recipes from our Eat Well cookbook and recipe chip, this demonstration-style Thermomix class presents easy, flavour-packed and wholesome recipes to nourish you from morning until night.

Get tips to maximise the nutrients available in your food and find out how to make smarter dietary choices every day.

The recipes demonstrated at the class are all gluten free and will include:
- Mango muesli with plain yoghurt
- Seeded tahini crackers
- Turmeric, lemon and ginger tea
- Either Steamed salmon or Hunters stew (dependent on the class)
- White bean dip with chimichurri
- Quinoa with mixed greens and yoghurt dressing
- Smoky Mexican bean soup
- Carrot cake bliss balls
- Ricotta and pistachio cheesecake

Tastings will be available throughout the evening.

You’ll also receive a copy of all the recipes demonstrated at the class so that you can create your own nutritious feasts at home!
