Death can seem hard to understand at times especially when grieving the loss of a loved one, whether that be a parent, child, partner, friend, animal or even a way of life. The passing of a loved one may leave unresolved or fluctuating feelings which can overtake one. Alongside, there may be a feeling of release, deep peace and freedom.

Without deeper knowledge of death and passing we may feel 'at sea' and grief may stay with us for longer than is helpful. We may find the physical process difficult especially if our loved one has been in pain and this may leave a lasting memory.

In this course, we will look at many aspects of death and passing, from the physical side and especially the spiritual side. There will be an opportunity to ask questions which relate to your own experience of death and the passing of loved ones. Tools will be given to help with emotions and to find inner peace and to focus on unconditional love.

The course takes place in five sessions over two days and includes vegetarian lunches. The maximum is four to help with social distancing and safety measures.

"Passing should be seen and spoken about not as a sad terrible way to 'go on' but in the light of the expectation of another life, a better one that we shall be leaving this world to pass into."
Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma

This course is open to those of any beliefs, or those with none. Please feel very welcome to get in touch with any question on 09 817 8738 or 021 902 807, or email us through the website.
