A three-hour course running you through the basics of rye sourdough bread baking. Our experienced tutors will show you how to make your own sourdough bread. Guests will leave with their own UnserHaus rye starter and recipes to get started at home. Informal and fun, but genuinely useful, this class is held at UnserHaus showroom in the centre of Parnell.
