Vic's Baking Class

Join artisanal French baker Laurie Brunot for 4 hours in-depth exploration of the fundamentals of bread, croissant, puff pastry... making and learn why Vic’s products are so delicious.

There will be hands-on practice of the techniques to, kneading, folding, scoring, shaping dough to name a few to make delicious baguettes, boules, batards, focaccia, ciabatta fougasse, brioches, croissants, bagels...

At the end of the class you will come home with all the fresh delicious creations you made.
The workshop is fully hands on and suitable for all levels of experience.
