- Selection of canapés served with a glass of bubbles in the garden
- Brandy Flambéed duck liver parfait with homegrown plum conserve
- Caprese salad with locally made mozzarella, organic heirloom tomatoes & fresh basil & macadamia pesto
- Crispy calamari with sea salt, pink pepper & charred lime alioli
- Prosciutto & grilled figs with Gorgonzola & truffle honey
- Grilled prawns with avocado & tomato tartare
- Slow roasted pork belly with confit red cabbage, spiced apple & fennel scented crackling
- Wild mushroom barley risotto
- Roasted King salmon on green pea purée
