Waikato Photographic Society Competition Viewing

Hamilton's Camera Club holds a monthly competition based on a set theme for it's members where guest judges are invited to provide critique. Come along, view the entries and listen to the judges opinions.

The judge gives advice on how photos can be improved and certificates are awarded for those that are deemed excellent. Members are graded according to experience and the judge takes this into consideration also. The photos are each independently evaluated rather than being judged against one another.

Meetings start at 7.30pm sharp on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday every month.
Every second Tuesday is a regular competition night.

Every forth Tuesday is typically an educational workshop or a presentation by an invited guest speaker.

Every third Tuesday of the month we hold a Photoshop Skills Night starting at 7.30pm at 22 Kensington Place, Hamilton for those interested in learning more about photography editing.
Often we hold a special event on any fifth Tuesday of the month (TBA).
