Online Meditation Workshop
With Buddhist Nun Kelsang Tara

About the Course

Even though we wish to be happy each and every day of our life, our mind can be habitually trapped in narrow, uninspired, often-negative ways of thinking. Such thoughts leave us feeling tired, dissatisfied and wondering whether this is all that life has to offer.

On this course learn effective meditations that enable you to greet each day feeling positive and inspired. Discover how it is possible to turn every encounter into an opportunity to deepen your appreciation of life and the people around you.

The Programme

Session One: 10:00am - 11:15am
Session Two: 11:45am - 1:00pm

About the Teacher

Kelsang Tara is the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Auckland. Tara has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years, and ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2015. Tara’s inspiring teachings reflect her sincere wish to help those in need and to share her experience of Buddha’s life-changing instructions with others. She shows a humble, kind example and inspires students to make their lives happy and meaningful by integrating Buddhist wisdom into their everyday lives.
