Walking the creative path to well-being

Te Ara Korowai presents a collection of works for sale.

Te Ara Korowai is a peer-led mental-health and creativity centre in Raumati Beach. They encourage recovery through creative expression, and participation in holistic workshops to support the individuals on their path to wellness. Their workshops and classes include art, seated yoga, creative writing and peer support. Everyone is welcome and they work to reduce all barriers to attendance. There is no referral needed and anyone can walk in and join their programme and their community.
