All levels.
This is an opportunity to enjoy your creative expression in clay.
Beginners welcome.

Make the unique mugs, bowls, dishes, vessels you always wanted!
There will be demonstrations throughout the weekend, supporting students to explore a wide range of sculpting and pottery techniques.

This includes hand building, using slabs or coils and throwing on a pottery wheel. There are 3 wheels waiting for you. I have broken in the beasts, so you will have a safe ride. All works can be decorated with slip colours. Firings and glazing in a clear or matte glaze are done by Kairava after the class over the next couple of weeks.

Kairava, who will be teaching pottery and clay sculpting techniques, has been tutoring ceramic classes at CEAC, Artstation and Studio One for the last 17 years.
