Wellington Raw Comedy Quest: POSTPONED

The capital's premier comedy competition. Witness the rising stars in stand-up comedy before they hit the big time.

The stepping stone for many New Zealand comedians, the Raw Comedy Quest has brought forth new comedy talent from across the country, with heats in Christchurch, Wellington, Palmerston North and Auckland.

From six heats, the top 24 go to the semifinals, and the top 10 to the Wellington final to be held at San Fran on Thursday 23rd April.

Heat 4 has guest MC James Mustapic. A Billy T Award nominee, James is a regular MC and performer based out of Auckland, and winner of the Best Newcomer at the 2018 NZ Comedy Festival.

Wellingtonians James Malcolm, Savanna Calton, Lucy Roche, and Gabby Anderson won the 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018 National Raw Comedy Quests, can the capital do it again?
