Join us to celebrate the innovative zero waste activities and fantastic partnerships happening at Wesley Market.
Activities include a zero waste cultural food court, composting demonstrations, worm farm tour, e-waste drop-off (fees apply) a chance to learn about the market's zero waste projects and many more free, fun activities for the whanau.
Bring your reusable shopping and produce bags to shop at the market. If you have spare bags, we are taking donations for the market's bag library.
Started in 1994, Wesley Market sells affordable produce, hot food, clothing and more, all helping to support local families, small businesses and the community. It has been working with EcoMatters Environment Trust to become zero waste.
Thanks to funding from Puketāpapa Local Board and for the help from our collaborators including Wesley Market stallholders and organises, Earth Action Trust, Te Whangai Trust and WISE Collective.
