West Auckland Junior Chess Club

We are West Auckland's chess club and we have a junior chess club where kids can have fun playing and improving their chess.

Most of our junior players are 5 – 12 years old (though there are no formal age restrictions).

Generally we have some coaching for about 20 minutes followed by a game. Though sometimes we change this up a little.

Parents are very welcome to bring your child along and have a look.

Having had a look, if you decide to join, fees are $35 per school term (max $130 per year). If 2 or more children $30 per term (max $115 per year).
