We're excited to be hosting such a talented winemaker from the Hawkes Bay region and pairing each of the delicious three courses with Ant's wines.
Ant has being a wine maker for many of the best vineyards in New Zealand including Mudhouse, Framingham, Te Awa and Dry River but now he has branched out and created three of his own fantastic wines - Theory & Practice, Tono and also Craft Farm.
