Give yoga a try in a small group and relaxed environment!
In this 5-weeks course we explore essential yoga poses, focus on alignment of the body and learn to connect with, and utilize, the breath. All to help us:
- open up and release tension
- unwind and relax
- increase endurance and strength
- balance emotions as well as nervous system
- enhance calmness and clarity
- and so much more!
Increase awareness of your body and mind through the ancient practise of yoga, which holds endless benefits for your health and wellbeing!
