Yoga in the Park with Time Out project is back. Bring a mat or a towel and join us at Waikanae Park every week during the Summer months. No prior experience required, beginners are welcome and people of all ages. Yoga is a great way to unwind and reset, stretching and strengthening your body in a gentle way.
