Zumba Friday Evenings Launch Class

Zumba with Cecile is coming on Friday evenings!
Join us for the launch class.

This is a medium intensity Zumba® fitness class. This class is for everybody and every body! We take the « work » out of the workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a fun calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World music rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise!
