1930s Waiata And Poi Dance Competition

Following the Whakatūwheratanga Opening Ceremony, kapa haka teams will perform in a 1930s style waiata-aringa action song and poi dance competition.

For this event teams will be judged on their costumes, repertoire, and likeness to the 1930s style of kapa haka.
