2021 Hydro Thunder Championship Series Acceleration on Water

Two days of action-packed Grand Prix Hydroplane racing, 11 plus GP Hydroplanes doing speeds in excess of 180 mph featuring, North Island titles, plenty of other types of Powerboat racing, Formula One Tunnels, Modified Hydroplanes, Clubmans & Junior racing. Mod VP, V8 racing runabouts. Drivers signing sessions, free giveaways. Excellent viewing from the Lake Taupo Waterfront. This event is free entry, Meet the Teams and Drivers over the two days. Sunday will feature the first championship round of NZ Offshore Powerboats with two half-hour races. Plenty of Powerboat Racing for the whole family.
