Have you ever taken the time to look at your competitors – I mean really stopped and looked? What do they do that works, what do they do that doesn’t? Where do you shine and what opportunities do you have to out-perform them?
Looking at your competitors gives you the chance to stay on top of industry trends and ensure your product or service is consistently meeting — and exceeding — expectations. It helps you identify your unique value proposition and what makes your product or service different from your competitors’.
Understanding your competitive landscape enables you to be intentional about how you position your business marketing to access your identified market segments.
Tony will be taking attendees through exercises to look a little deeper into your own business environment and what this can mean for you.

Speaker Bio — Tony Henderson-Newport
Tony’s work with the ‘start-up’ sector – as the Chief Kiwi of the Pop Up Business School in NZ – has meant utilising skills in training and presentations, and delivering workshops: from motivation to sales to pitching businesses. He has also been active in developing programmes to enable businesses to have a ‘stay-up’ mindset.
