Aroha in Uptown

We're celebrating love in all its forms this Valentine’s Day with "Aroha In Uptown", a programme of free events held by businesses.

Share the love with a pick of multiple events: DJ's while you brunch at Coffee Pen, take a free Ceroc dance class at the with Bliss Dance Studio, make a Seedloveball at OMG (Organic Market Garden) and hear the love story between plants and microbes, take your pet for a portrait at Brothers Beer & Juke Joint, or sit back and enjoy live music at local establishments and buskers roaming Symonds Street.

Fridge & Flagon are celebrating Pride Month with chill DJ sets and live music all afternoon. Take a tour of the artwork on and around the Mt Eden City Rail Link site, including a visit to the Art Studio Collective and viewing a new mural made of reclaimed wood in a labour of love by Piet Ubels and his father Jan.

Free Concerts overflowing with love songs from Rachel Hamilton at The Corner Store and Steevy Dan at Eden Bistro and acoustic music at The Good Home.
