Artists in Eden

The Eden Arts Trust invites you to come along to its flagship annual fundraising event in the heart of Mt Eden Village, celebrating some forty artists including new faces and longstanding favourites.

Come along to meet the artists as they paint their rendition of the mountain Maungawhau and talk about their work. All artworks will be available for sale in a live auction at 2.30pm with proceeds supporting the artists as well as Eden Arts initiatives. There will be children's art activities, an art raffle, collectors’ item artist sketch books, and live music by popular jazz ensemble Nairobi Trio.

This iconic carnival day dates back more than 30 years and is a well-established feature of the Mt Eden Village arts calendar. Join us for a free community art day in easy reach of the Mt Eden cafes and bakeries, culminating in all the excitement of the live auction and the chance for you to walk away with your very own work of art for your wall!
