It's a platform to network, meet and chat about behaviour change with other like minded professionals, academics, students, thinkers and do-ers.

Session for the day: Two behavioural science case studies

Case Study#1. Behavioural Science application in Business & Digital — We will share how simple interventions using Behavioural Science can improve customer engagement through email direct marketing. In this session, we will take you through the process of how we explored the barriers to the target behaviour, who were involved in the process, how we came up with interventions, and what we learned from the results.
