Baby Massage Course

A course for babies 0-6 months.
5-week course

Join this small group course where you’ll learn to massage your baby and gain the benefits of nurturing and respectful touch. This course is created by the International Association of Infant Massage.

What will I learn?
- A whole body massage
- ‘Feel-good’ hormones released
- Reading your baby’s cues
- Bonding with your baby
- Interaction, stimulation, relaxation and relief

Week 1 - Legs and feet massage and the history of the massage techniques.
Week 2 - Stomach massage and learn the strokes to relieve gas/colic.
Week 3 - Arms, hands and chest massage and the extra benefits of regular massage.
Week 4 - Face and back massage and how to adapt the massage as your baby gets older.
Week 5 - Whole body massage and summary of the course.
