Gentle, mindful, enjoyable exercise, great for balance, breathing, memory and general well being. Following Dr Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Programmes to ensure that you're exercising safely and easily, within your comfort zones.

Sonya Robinson is an ACC Approved Community Strength and Balance Class provider looking forward to having you in her class.
