GoEco

Go Eco are hosting a series of free gardening workshops this winter, and welcome beginners and experts to join us.

In this workshop, we will talk about the importance of biodiversity for functioning natural systems. We will discuss how we can encourage biodiversity and use it to our benefit. Biodiversity is a lot more than mammal and insect life, it includes microbial and fungal life as well so part of this workshop is on how we can get all these natural elements to do some of the work for us and increase pest and disease resistance. If there is a creature that does a job well it is always best to let that creature do the job as part of its natural way of life rather than having to do it ourselves. So let's work on increasing our biological workforce by enhancing biodiversity.
