Book Group Meet Up

If you're in Christchurch and have been looking for a book group to join, or you're struggling to find enough people to form one, you're not alone. Other individuals are looking too — so we thought you might like to meet them!

We're holding free face-to-face events so you can meet with other like-minded people who want to be in a book group, form connections and get the most out of their reading.

RSVP via email and we'll send you a reminder closer to the time. BDS staff will be there to welcome you with drinks and nibbles, facilitate the evening and answer any questions you may have. We'll even have everything you need to start a new group if you find some kindred spirits on the night — yes, you can leave with your first bag of books!

The event will run for approximately one hour between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. You are welcome to stay on at the venue after this time.
