Twas the night before Show Time, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a rhinestone stealing mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that no ladders or holes would appear.

The audience were nestled all snug on their seats,
While visions of g-strings danced to cool beats.
With Mz Twinkle in her corset, and Anglebert brushing his mo,
Had just set the tables for our Christmas Caburlesque show.
