Come and make two delicious cheeses from scratch. Easy and fun - you will want to go home and make these easy cheeses as gifts and treats for your family and friends.
You will make a delicious Brie that will be ready to eat in 3-4 weeks (earlier if you are impatient) and a smooth creamy ricotta ready to use straight away.
Class includes lunch, cheese tasting and all the milk and equipment you will need.
Classes limited to 12 people only
You are very welcome to bring your own milk - especially if you are connected to the dairy industry, but unpasteurised certified organic A2 milk is supplied as part of the class.
The class will also cover making yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese and butter.
