Jules van Costello is a winemaker, wine communicator and wine merchant. He is the owner of Known Unknown, New Plymouth's very own urban winery and is the writer of several books about wine, beer and cider.

Join us at the Known Unknown Urban Winery in central New Plymouth for an afternoon of learning the basics of cider making. Jules will talk about the process of fermentation, you'll bottle some already fermented cider with sugar and you'll take away a bottle of the good stuff to finish fermenting at home. This is a hands-on workshop learning from the best. Cider tastings and some tasty nibbles included.

Contact Maria Lempriere on 027 232 5554 or peihanafarm@gmail.com to book your spot.
