Community Day at the Wallace Arts Centre

Enjoy musical performances, exhibitions and entertainment, including face painting and other creative fun, throughout the day. Participate in art activities and cultural workshops featuring traditional art techniques. Community Day is an interactive annual event, offering children and adults loads of hands-on creative experiences.

Now in its eighth year, Community Day is held at the Pah Homestead, the elegantly restored heritage building, and in the sculpture garden in the surrounding grounds of the beautiful Monte Cecilia Park. The wider public is invited to come to experience the range of interactive creative and cultural activities and performances and to come together through the fun and relationship building nature of shared creativity.

Delicious food and beverage options will be available from the Homestead Café, or bring a picnic to enjoy in Monte Cecilia Park. Plenty of shade available on the verandas and under the magnificent trees in this beautiful park.
