Craft in the sanctuary

Drop-in for some arts & crafts these school holidays and make a ZEALANDIA-inspired diorama! Local artist Margaret Tolland will teach the tamariki some cutting and collage skills to make a beautiful natural habitat - from a tuatara burrow to a tūī sitting on a harakeke leaf. Create a world that celebrates everything Aotearoa!

This craft station is open between 11 am – 2 pm on April 20 & 27. The event is free to participate in but general admission charges to the sanctuary apply.
