Crofton Downs Matsuri Fair

Matsuri is Crofton Downs Primary School's main fundraising event, bringing together our community from Crofton Downs and beyond.

Matsuri is Japanese for 'festival' and reflects the school's unique cultural and educational links with Wellington’s Japanese community. There is something for everyone at Matsuri – from BBQ to yakisoba and sushi, games including a horizontal bungy, live entertainment like the wonderful Taiko drummers, high-quality crafts, toys, and books, delicious cakes catering to all dietary requirements, coffee, a raffle and best of all - A Train Room! If you have a Thomas & Friends enthusiast in your family, this is a must-do weekend activity.
