Food evokes emotions. We seek out different tastes for comfort, relaxation or exploration. This Wellington on a Plate event turns that concept on its head by intentionally creating a particular feeling with each course. As live music, lighting and decor shifts around you, you'll enjoy a curated journey of different emotions with each new plate.
The Sensonauts have teamed up with acclaimed chef, Max Gordy, to create an unexpected and innovative dining experience. Fresh from their Visa Wellington On a Plate debut last year with ‘A Sensory Adventure’, The Sensonauts are excited to conjure up another extraordinary edible experience for you. Gordy, who has worked at some of the best restaurants in the world and in Aotearoa, is ready to push food boundaries in this completely unique event.
With five courses, matched drinks and exquisite sound, this will be a vibrant night somewhere between a dinner party and a show. Eager anticipation, festive celebration, deep relaxation - what feeling will we create next? Let your senses take over for this intentional eating escapade.
