On 30th October we are hosting a cooking demonstration with a Diabetes Nutritionist in Wellington.
In this class a range of recipes are demonstrated to show how a diabetes diet can be healthy, practical and full of flavour and interest to the home cook. At the end of the class you get to sample what has been cooked.
Bookings are essential - your partner is welcome to come.
In the past we have had great feedback on the content and delivery of this class.
The Diabetes Wellington cooking class is not to be missed.
