You will learn how to set up a RealMe identity to transact business with Government agencies, including:

- What is the difference between a verified and unverified account
- Create a RealMe account and verify it RealMe for proving your identity
- Organisations currently using RealMe
- Keeping your details safe, secure and private

Work and Income
You will learn to how create an online Work and Income account that will allow you to:
- Check your next appointment, payments details and payment card
- Book, change and cancel your appointments
- Update your contact info and bank account info
- Update your address and accommodation costs
- Tell Work & Income about your job search
- Stop your payments or inform about overseas travel
- View your debt balance and repayments
