"Learn to Meditate" 5 Week Online Course

Maybe you want to start meditating because you want to be less reactive, feel less stressed, or be more focused. Maybe meditating is part of a wider personal development plan of some kind. Or maybe you’re looking to improve your relationships with those around you. Whatever the reason, training the mind through meditation is training in awareness, and training in awareness offers the potential to fundamentally transform your perspective on life.

About the course:

This course is ideal for those who would like to develop a calm and clearer mind. The meditations will be guided and focused on the breath. There will also be discussions on how to develop mindfulness during our daily lives and how to develop a daily meditation routine at the end of the course.

Benefits for you:

A relaxed, calm and concentrated mind has proven to improve health, bring inner happiness, remove stress & anxiety, and bring a clearer perspective on life and on personal and interpersonal relationships.

What to expect:

Most first-time meditators might find it strange to sit in silence, to sit with their thoughts, to sit and do nothing. Meditation at the beginning might feel a little alien or daunting, but that’s okay. People have been meditating for around 3,000 years, and many have doubtless experienced the same reticence, trepidation, or wonder that first-time meditators often feel.
