This is an education and training session for professionals working in social development, council, businesses and with the public.
The diversity in out teams is a huge opportunity and untapped potential if we know how to use it. Learn how to identify and overcome unconscious bias. Deliberately transform the diversity in your team into your teams’ unique superpower, boosting motivation, effective collaboration and a feeling of belonging. In this workshop you will experience inclusive ways of working together and come away with some practical tips that are easy to implement. This is presented by the Diversity Institute New Zealand.
