Have you been wanting to start sketching again for a while and never finding a nerve? Or have a weird fear of starting on a clean page (It’s perfectly normal!)
Or maybe you were looking for that NEW medium to try?

Inspiration will come when you put the first line on the paper. Natural inks will not cost you or the Earth to make. Windfall abundance will evoke your inner child and open those precious doors of inspiration!

What we will do: draw a sketch with vegetable inks.

What we will learn: how to make your own Inks and Watercolour and even some custom drawing tools like an age-old quill.

Enjoy the experience with Nature’s Ink, take a mindful time to revisit simple and most complex.

Materials: Some paper will be provided and new drawing tools will be made on the spot.

What to bring: your own paper (watercolour paper works best and any paper will do for testers) and your choice brushes.

This workshop is suitable for adults, 18yrs and over. For kid’s workshops see my Instagram page.
Petrus van der Velden was talking about taking his kids on Sunday to do plein air drawing, to observe the marvel of nature.
