This lecture is the 5th of 6 in our 2021 Winter Lecture Series. It will be given by Barry Dent – Puangiangi Island.
Barry Dent is a conservationist working on the restoration of Puangiangi, a little-known island in the Cook Strait Ecological District. He will talk about the plants, birds, lizards and invertebrates that are and should be making up this ecosystem. He will also discuss the fascinating human history of the place.
Where: Robin’s Nest building at Nga Manu.
Entry: by paper koha on the door. Please register for this event on our website as if you are not on our list we may not have room for you as seating is limited.
